Lynco Electric Co. Inc. is very concerned about the safety of our employees.  As each employee is hired they are indoctrinated into our extensive safety program.  It takes quite a bit of time but we feel that it is worth it.  These documents are very explicit concerning the safety rules and our commitment to a safe workplace.

Every employee is drug tested upon hire, upon suspicion, and upon any accident occurrence.  We feel that this is a very important protection for our clients as well as the fellow employees.

As we work for various owners and general contractors we also must comply with any special rules or policies that they may have.  When special safety concerns are encountered each situation is evaluated to make sure that no unsafe work occurs.
