To encourage our employees to be extremely safe we have initiated an incentive program.  As a reward for employees being 100% safe without any accidents during the year, the employee and his / her family can visit our "safety condo" in Durango, Colorado.  This condominium is in a luxury resort and is quite an incentive to perform their work safely.

When this condominium is not being used it is available for rental to our friends and business associates.  This can be a very nice and affordable vacation from the hard work that we all do everyday.  The resort is Tamarron in Durango and it has many activities during all four seasons.  Let us know if you ever want to look at reservations.
