On some projects we are pleased to team up with the owners, architects, and general contractors to complete jobs by the design build method.  This is very beneficial to the owner since there is no delay in the design / construction process.  Right from the start of the project Lynco Electric Co. Inc. is involved in meeting the owner's goals.

This is usually also less costly since we can engineer the plans in the most cost effective manner.  As any changes are requested by the owner we can immediately incorporate them while construction is proceeding.
